Inside there is a beautiful dining table and chairs for 6 for meals outside and a sofa, plus armchair, for those evening drinks as you watch the sun go down before heading out for a night out There is also a beautiful designer fully fitted kitchen with flat screen TV and a second dining area.

Marble and terracotta floors throughout keeps you cool inside together with the air-conditioning which also works as heating in the winter months. Entertainment comes from TV ( in every room ), video, and Hi-Fi in the living room.
Your car is safe and secure in the underground parking area which is accessed by the lift right outside your front door, for security the apartment is fully alarmed and fitted with a safe for your valuables.
The Locality
Guests enjoy the use of 4 swimming pools and the beach is accessed through a private gate from complex and is literally on the doorstep. During the summer months there is a Chiringuito (Beach restaurant) a few metres away. Slightly further down the beach there is a Pizzeria Restaurant and a few more seasonal Chiringuitos. Groceries can be bought from the 24hr garage across the road from the entrance to the complex. Puerto Duquesa with a host of places to eat and drink is 3 minutes by car and Estepona about 5-10 minutes. We recommend you hire a car to be able to explore the area and access a wider choice of restaurants, bars shops and of course the famous nightlife that the Costa del Sol enjoys.
