The La Paloma plateau overlooks un-spoilt beaches and coves and is a lush area with green parrots and other wildlife populating the trees and bushes.
There are lots of things to do, so whether its sailing, fishing or maybe playing one of the world famous golf courses, the choices are almost endless. For the less energetic there is the option of just lazing by the pool and followed by having lunch and engaging in some stylish shopping in Marbella old town or the more lively Puerto Banus.

The villa has fantastic sea views to the north up the coastline to Marbella, and to the south the views are of Gibraltar and Morocco. The elevated position of the villa ensures privacy as well as welcome sea breezes in the summer months.
The outside of the house comprises of a large terrace and garden with sofas and open decking area with seating. There is also a large Weber gas barbecue and a dining area complete with sun loungers.
Inside the house there is a substantial modern family kitchen. With central island, dining area and a large flat screen TV mounted at one end. Adjoining there is a separate utility room.
The ground floor leads from the kitchen through a hallway into a lounge area and music room. There is also a separate dining room and double bedroom with en-suite bathroom on this level.
The staircase takes us to the next floor which has a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, large dressing room and an office.There is a further double guest suite with private facilities and lounge with a large balcony looking out to sea. On the same floor there are two single bedrooms, which have pullout divans which could sleep two in each bedroom. These two bedrooms share a family bathroom.
Up a spiral staircase there is a further room with TV and double sofa bed which takes you onto the roof terrace with 360 degree views of the ocean and the mountains.
